Delivery Policy

A local delivery fee of $7.50 for Neenah, Oshkosh, Menasha and Appleton and a $10.00 delivery charge to Winneconne, Omro, Winchester, and Larsen will be added to each order, for each address. For deliveries outside our local delivery area, a minimum order of $25.00 is needed and an $12.00 charge for delivery and services will be added.

Local orders for Oshkosh, Appleton, Winneconne, Omro, Winchester, and Larsen must be received before 12:00 p.m. and orders for Neenah and Menasha must be received before 2:30 p.m. in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day. For orders out of our local delivery area orders must be received by 12:00 p.m. for same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.

We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.

We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays. Deliveries requested on this day will be delivered the following business day in the exception of funeral arrangements and pieces.

International Delivery Policy

We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.

Funeral Delivery Policy

We deliver funeral orders 7 days a week and will never refuse a funeral order.

Holiday Delivery Policy

To help ensure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least 1 day prior to major holidays. We do not make deliveries on Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day or New Year's Day. Orders placed for delivery on any of these days will be delivered the following business day.
